Note

1 Defeats Ric Flair for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship, recognition dropped by NWA in 9/93 when WCW withdraws from NWA. Flair continues to be recognized as "World Heavyweight Champion" by WCW and then renamed the "WCW International World Heavyweight Championship".
2 Billed as WCW International Heavyweight Title in Japan.
- Rick Rude defeated Sting for the title in Fukuoka, Japan, but the decision was reversed because Rude hit Sting with the title belt to win. Sting refused to accept the title on May 22, 1994 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania unless he can defeat Vader that night.
6 Defeated Vader to regain the held-up title.
7 This was a unification match to unify the WCW International World Heavyweight Championship into the WCW World Heavyweight Championship.
- Unified with Ric Flair's WCW World Heavyweight Championship.
