Flair continues to be recognized as "World Heavyweight Champion" by WCW and then renamed the "WCW International World Heavyweight Championship". 2 Billed as WCW International Heavyweight Title in Japan. - Rick Rude defeated Sting for the title in Fukuoka, Japan, but the decision was reversed because Rude hit Sting with the title belt to win.
