Smile Up is the newest way to make the world a better place.  How you spread the word is by taking a photo either by yourself or with someone or you could even make it a group and when you take the photo you smile and put a thumbs up or two thumbs up then you post that photo to our facebook, twitter or Instagram account to get people to smile and make new friends as well as to show the importance of what a smile can do to someone a smile is the most contagious thing in the world but the thumbs up is just to indicate that the photo is for this particular "Selfie" to spread the word so spread the word about SMILE UP!  Have fun with it share with your friends and family or someone random by challenging them to take a photo and spread the word within 24 hrs from them being challenged.
