All you have to do is fill out our form below.  We will send you an email confirming your order and where to mail your item(s) to.

All items and Payments are due by April 2nd, 2021. We will be mailing all items to him on April 3rd with tracking to and from.  You will be responsible for postage to us and return label to you as well.  

Title Belts, and Books will have an extra $15 fee
to cover shipping back and forth to Ken Patera
